Why does Safari show its own page instead of Wield's?

Websites you typed in are blocked by Apple's web filter, and Safari shows its own "restricted" page. They're still blocked.

Why doesn't blocking an app block its website?

Apple doesn't connect apps to their websites. Add the website under Websites in your schedule, which needs Pro.

How do I pause a block?

Open Wield and tap Pause. Normal has a 30-second wait. Medium allows 3 pauses per block, each with a longer wait. Locked has no pauses.

Why did blocking stop working?

Screen Time permission may have been turned off. Open Wield, and it will ask you to allow it again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In Wield, go to Settings, then Manage subscription. You can also use your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. To avoid a charge, cancel before the date shown when you started your trial.

How do I get my purchase back on a new iPhone?

In Wield, go to Settings, then Restore purchases, using the same Apple account.

How do I delete my data?

In Wield, go to Settings, then Delete my data.
